Tadalista 10 mg contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). For most men using tadalafil as needed, 10 mg is the recommended starting dose, taken before anticipated sexual activity. The dose may be adjusted to 5 mg or 20 mg depending on effectiveness and tolerability. It should generally not be taken more than once a day. Sexual stimulation is required for tadalafil to help produce an erection.
