Valif 20 mg contains vardenafil 20 mg, a PDE-5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection. It does not increase sexual desire or cause an erection without stimulation. For ED, the usual starting dose of vardenafil is 10 mg, while 20 mg is the maximum recommended dose. It is generally taken as needed about 25–60 minutes before sexual activity and should not be taken more than once in 24 hours. A high-fat meal can delay its onset.
