The 200-Hour Yoga TTC at our school ensures a smooth and enjoyable learning experience with well-maintained rooms, tasty sattvic meals, and a calm environment. Students learn a wide range of asanas like Padmasana, Paschimottanasana, Halasana, Chakrasana, and Ustrasana. Each posture is explained slowly so even beginners can follow easily. Along with classes, we organize free excursion trips to nearby temples, riverbanks, and nature spots for relaxation and inspiration. With guidance from our experienced teachers, students grow physically and mentally. After finishing the training, every student receives an internationally approved Yoga Alliance USA certificate.
